I saw a couple videos on YouTube that shows you how. Search casting pen blanks ribbons. Hope this helps.

Thanks. I think this is exactly what I need. It looks pretty simple too. Now where can I get those molds at? They look like a 3x5 or 4x6. Something like that anyway. I might have to make me some out of my cutting boards.

You can get those molds at MisterArt.Com. I have quite a few of them, and they work great with PR.
