Software upgrade 5/1/2009 3pm Eastern

Greetings

We'll be doing a server software upgrade around 3pm today which will take the entire site off-line for up to an hour.

This upgrade to the latest version of PHP is in preparation for the installation of some new wiki software as well as to support future forum software upgrades.

Other than the downtime, there should be no ill-effects.

I'll let you know when it's all done.
