I got one too, but it was worded a lot differently. The details were all the same though. I get them all of the time, in my spam box. I do kinda like spam, but only if it's grilled.:D

I came across something on the net maybe 2 years ago by a guy who had got one of these and decided to have some fun with the scammer. It was basically a blog and he posted all the emails sent between him and the scammer, must have been 30-40 of them. By the time it was over, he had the scammer agreeing to send him money. It was hilarious.

That Cav! He's such a riot. I love how he shares our email addresses with his "patients". ;)
 
So, Al, you want your email shared with my patients??? No problem my good friend, I am happy to oblige. Somehow my work email got on one of these lists and I average two "offers" a day at work. I'll just start answering them for you!! :D[}:)];)
