Snake skin gloat

I have been wanting to try casting snake skin for some time, I have just been too cheap to buy any. Today I stopped in a store looking for antler and saw that they sold all types of animal skins. I asked about snake and these are what I left with. I am not sure what they are. The lady told me water snake. I got the 3 for $12. Though not rattlesnake I think that they will be good to practice on. Sizes are 3"x34", 4.25"x37", and 5.5"x37".

The one on the left looks like they cut the snake down the back and the belly is in the middle of your skin. Still good practice I suppose.

Whatever they are, you got a real bargain. And they will make beautiful pen blanks. You might try to get some expert help identifying what kind of snakes they came from. It could help sales.
