Slimline - Tigerwood with Buffalo Horn Segment

The slimline kit is antique gun metal, the wood is Tigerwood with a Buffalo Horn Segment. The finish is CA glue. Hope you like it.

Two things Tom. You do great work with slimlines, most of mine never quite turn out right. This is a classy looking pen and looks really nice. I do have just one question though. Did you do some insetting on the center band or is it just my eyes?

Thank you for the compliment ... there is insetting on the center band but that is part of the kits I buy from Turners warehouse out of Arizona. These are called "Fancy Slimline Pen Kits". I am working on turning some bowls and platters so I have not posted any of the newer pens I have made. Hopefully I can post some of the others I have done.

Good to know where you got the kit, thanks for sharing. I'll need to take a look a them.
