It looks great but I would like to see the pen pictures closer after you click to make them larger. I agree with everyone else, looks great and not cluttered.

Nice site. Your getting there.

Couple quick observations.
1) The copyright Zen Cart can be changed to your business as you have change all the graphics to your own.
2) On the Product info pages, you might want to change to just add item to your cart as you can't buy one of a kind items, like pens, multiple times. All wood is different.
If you need any help with these, let me know.

Ron, I do use my name, My real mothers name was Marie WarEagle, I was adopted at an early age, she died soon after my birth and not fully aware of all of the details of the adoption, I got my information from a friend in the Air Force that did my top secret clearances, and more from a adoption detective agency.

Becca, I haven't found out how to yet, will work on it when I have more time.

Steve working on it, it is still in fine tuning. and ZenCart is a PITA.

Thank you all for your responses.

PM Sent!

BTW, I looked at the website briefly and think you need larger pics when a prospect selects to see the pen
and spell-check. It's a "fountain" pen. [:D]

If I have this mixed up then I do apologize.

But then who is "Tracy Fowler"?

The reason I mentioned this is some people are sensitive to certain things and will not buy if their sensitivities are bruised.

In other words, you won't get a tree hugger to buy a pen from a person who uses a handle "treemangler"

Or a animal hugger/vegetarian won't buy from someone who uses the name "The Meat Butcher"

The name "WarEagle" sounds like, well, you like war. I know now that you are honoring your birth mother. I had no way of knowing that before

I mention this because this is the way people are, for better or for worse.

Maybe if you used your first name along with WarEagle, others might realize that this is your real name. It might help sales and this is the reason behind your web site.

Good luck

Ok, My legal name is Tracy S. Fowler that is what is on all legal, it is the Name given to me by my adoptive parents (which I do not get along with yet love them). My birth mother gave me the name of WhiteBear WarEagle, that is what is on my original birth certificate. I had thought about changing my name after I found out, but the hassle of all of the paperwork did not make it worth it. To make it worse my birth mother is listed as being 1/2 Mescalero Apache yet I am listed as being 15/64, I will never get the government math.
lol now you here on this site know more than most do about me.....

Nice.

Comment about shipping:

Each pen adds one pound to the shipping weight and this is calculated into the final order. ie: three pens are billed as three pounds shipping. Big pens :)

There are too many shipping options. Consider a flat rate (about five dollars) for up to 12 pens, and remove all the shipping options except for one expedited method in case a customer is really in a hurry and wants to pay extra for one or two day delivery. (and you are willing/able to ship that fast).

A good ball park for pen weight is .2 (two tenths) of a pound for each pen. Also each package should be "machinable". Min weight for this is .375 pounds so set your tare weight (weight of packaging material and box) to .355 pounds. That way a single pen order meets the min shipping weight for a machinable package.

Also looks like you accept multiple currencies. Zen Cart allows you to adjust the price based on your banks exchange rate for that currency and add it to the order so you don't loose your expected price to the bank.

Am I being too nit-picky?

Kiddo, no the comments are great, I am working on shipping more tonight, The only payment method is PayPal in USD I need to look at the Zencart currency and change it. I have not weighed the Pen, box and shipping material yet. I do ship "next day" being the day after payment clears my account. The post office is three blocks away, and UPS is 5 blocks away, and I have boxes for both.

Still learning the ZenCart will try to find where to turn it off when I get home.

For what it's worth, I don't read "WarEagle" as being politically hawkish. Rather, I interpret it as native Indian, and therefore not a marketing drawback.
