Where can I find simple molds like a 1x1x5,2x2x5,3x3x5 for pen blanks? I know I can make them but in case I want to buy a few. I looked up artstuf but could not really find what I was looking for.

If you are willing to go "round", you can use pvc pipe.

Try the 99 cent store. Look for different size plastic containers with a recycle code of 5 (other recycle codes make work as well, I'm sure others will chime in as well.). I just picked up 3 roughly 5" square by 1.5" deep containers for 99 cents + tax.
