In Texas my garage is staying in the low to mid ninties every day now. Do I need to store my bulk Simar 41 in the cool house?

It gets pretty hot here in Wichita Falls and my polyester resin stays in the garage. And I see no ill effects in its performance.
Do a good turn daily!

I'd say it depends on how long it'll stay there. If you only pour a blank every now and again, I'd store it in the house. If you'll finish the jug off in a couple weeks, you're probably fine.

I always keep my silmar in the house. ( not too hot / not too cold). Hey Jeff I'll trade you. My shop has a creek flowing through it. Been pumping water for a week now and it keeps raining and filling up. Going to build a boat! 

If you are in doubt about heat, store the PR on the lowest available shelf or on the floor. Heat naturally rises, so the floor should be the coolest place in the shop. Then, buy a cheap fan and keep the air flowing around the PR container.

Moving air is usually a cooler than "stale " air.
