jssmith3 (Janet) hadn't posted in a while or answered her email and I was beginning to wonders about her. Received an email reply yesterday that she has been in the hospital for knee surgery and now has 8 weeks of total bed rest for the knee to heal. Don't know about the rest of you, but I would go crazy with 8 hours of bed rest.
Get well quick Janet.

I know she was having trouble with one or both knees over a year ago. I hope all goes well for her, but I too would go nuts with even 8 hours of bed rest, aside from sleeping of course.

I dunno Monty, I try to get 8 hours of bed rest every night. I'd go crazy without it.


Now, 8 weeks, now that's a different story altogether. Ugh! I think I'd be finding a way to get the bed onto my friend's bass boat once in a while!
 
I hope she is feeling better. If she had be out with Cav she would need 2 new knees, new pair of shoes, and a few other things.
 
Thank you everyone for your best wishes, I really appreciate it. It has only been a week + 3 days, 8 hours and 22 minutes (but who's counting) of complete bedrest and I am already nuts!!!! I cannot imagine another 6+ weeks of this. I do have several pens I have ready to paint on which helps and hopefully I will be able to at least sit on my chair and turn soon. He says my other knee will have to be done in less than a year which means 4 months of a year in a bed!!!! I was all set to go to Provo too, had my reservations and all :(
Oh well, there is always next year.
