I am wondering if i need to set up a company or something like that, the only problem i would run in to is me only being 16

Where do you want to sell? Online? Craft shows? Flea market? Brick and mortor store?

I am not sure.
Maybe a few online but mostly direct to the customer

Carry and use one of your fancy creations and when people coment on it, you can prowdly say I make these. " Would you like to see them, I love to show off my work"
I have 3 cases. 2 hold 48 pens and one holds 24. You can make some busness cards on your PC That would get you started

Just do a good job and let people know you have them. You would not believe the number of questions I get as a result of posting a picture of each pen on my Facebook page.

I started my business when I was 11, I'm 13 now. I got a bank account in my business name so I could accept PayPal online, I got a business license and a tax ID # to make it all legal. Me and my mom set up my web site with free Microsoft software. Most of my sales are online but I still sell a few pens direct.

thats what am doing now every pen i make i out a pic on facebook. I am having some trouble getting good pictures of Acrylic and Polychromatic blanks
