Have been working with the G-10 infill and finding way to cut blanks without chewing up band saw blades as G-10 is epoxy fiberglass real hard stuff.
Found that I could use a carbide or Diamond hole saw and use the Gabe Castro jig to make this pen. Blank was just a scrap chuck of white Oak with Walnut being the end caps.
Note the photos have a orange tint, caused from all the smoke from our fires in the state. Photo's were take out side using natural light.
