It is starting to turn humid here in Texas. I guess it is time to put away the Ebony, which likes to spllt when it dries. What else needs to be put away for the summer? Oh and resin pouring is out unless you are in an air conditioned room, and then you need to heat everything to compensate for the temperature.

John,
You could send the ebony up here to New England for protection for the next few months. Heck, i'd even help with African Blackwood, snakewood, and even some of those root balls you guys keep digging up.

And I will be even more generous and send you down some maple, walnut, butternut, and some of the "heartier" woods in exchange.

If you are serious (the dancing banana says no) , send your address to my PM. When you receive what is sent to you, return what you feel is just. Butternut is something I have not yet turned.
