Hi, for all those savvy sellers out there, i have a question.
I have a pen on eBay, someone bid on it and this person, who is from Norway sends me a message via eBay saying he would like 10 more if everything works out. No history just a big 0. I don`t have international shipping as an option just US. Should i even bother to answer is message? Carl

I wouldnt be afraid of it as long as he is sending payment up front and I would probably only accept paypal so I know I got the correct currency. Just my thoughts anyhow. Also, make sure you get enough to cover yor shipping.

I know several pen collectors in Europe. I trust them as long as they pay up front and realize the delay in shipping unless they pay extra for quicker del. They're money is just as good as ours er.... maybe better than ours. Don't be afraid to work with them just make sure you have good communition and again, PAYMENT UP FRONT. Sorry, didn't mean to shout.

Also don't forget insurance.

Some scam thrive on claims that item(s) is not received. Note that some shipping options (the cheaper ones) cannot be insured.

0 history is the problem. We have stopped shipping to anyone with zero or very small numbers in the history. I would ignore. When it smells like too good to be true, it is.

Carl, also to a confirmed PayPal address, most of the stuff I've sold has been to Norway, and Finland, get through the first transaction then discuss the other 10 pens. shipping to Norway is easier than to Canada remember every one started on ebay with a 0, is it an expensive pen?

I sell to people who live overseas and who have low feedback all the time. The biggest problem that I've had is that noobs often don't pay very quickly.

Follow the advice given above and you'll be fine.
