Saving a file (Puzzle) --Question

I bought Margie a new Puzzle CD-----I don't get this part of the instructions about saving one. Here's what they say to do. Heck I don't even know what a jpwfile is.

To save a puzzle you must save it to your hard drive in .jpw file ... then open the puzzle from where you have then either on cd or on hard drive to save memory which is the recommended way

My wife makes these. If you send her a picture of a pen, she will make a puzzle out of it. Just think, someone spends $1,000.00 on one of your favorite pens and you throw in a puzzle CD of it. Mary says she'll do it for ten dollars including shipping. They are neat and fun.

Mary says just to right click and either save it or send it to the file suggested.
