Santa was good to me

I recieved my secret santa package today. WOW, I must have been a real good boy this year. To my surprise was a display box that was made by RMB (Ryan) from California. He also included a bunch of wood blanks.. pepper tree, apricot root, Calif olive, red moral burl, marblewood xcut, and a piece of zebra wood. I belive that some of these are native to California. Ryans craftmanship is fantastic. My pictures do it no justice.( The pens are mine). It is made of mahogany with a shellac finish. Its beautiful. And will get put to good use. Thank you Ryan!!

It was a fun project. I also made a humidor for my FIL and a display case like that for myself just since I had the dovetail jig set up, and that's half the work! Your pens look great in there!
