Good Day Folks, I was wondering how you make your seam rippers,
I took notice that on 2-6-2011 "Jimm1" is showing some he made and
it looks like he took seam rippers with with the plastic ends and removed them.

Looking for ways to make these, and assistance is greatly appreciated

I'm more partial to the other kits Ed sells.
Single blade
Large and small blade
Blade and stiletto
These are made similar to most pens. Drill the blank, glue in the tube, turn to fit the inserts per your usual method, press-fit the cap (for the single blade ones), insert the springs, and then press in the inserts. The nicest thing about these is that the blades and stiletto are replaceable, so if they get dull or damaged, you can fix them.

On your single-blade seam ripper kits, I notice that one of the pictures is of a double-ended one. And a quick question. What size blade comes in the blade/stiletto combo?
