Another big reason to get rid of the BCS.

The #1 team loses to the #2 team in a post season (conference title) game and gets bumped from the national championship game even though the #2 team has a loss to a MUCH lower ranked team in the regular season.

PLAYOFF !!!!!!!

My Tigers are going to the Gator bowl even though there are many teams who earned it more than they did this year. Even FSU is going to a lower ranked bowl and they spanked us fairly well this season and they have a better record overall to boot.

Hey another Clemson man!! Nice to meet ya! I was at "the game" last weekend, it was awesome!

Oh, and btw, are we allowed to talk football here? I mean, don't the rules say no politics and no religion? Doesn't Football qualify as both?!?

Well, since the best team in the country will be playing in the Fiesta Bowl . . . I guess I'll have throw my support behind the Gators (or any other team that ever plays the Sooners).

I thought they were playing in the Sugar Bowl? There was only one team from a major conference that finished the regular season undefeated. And they spanked us but good.

Oh, come on! Neither of those teams beat anyone of significance during the regular season. Looking just at strength of schedule, no one outside the Big 12 did anything special during the regular season.

Look at Texas' schedule compared to any other BCS team. Texas played 4 straight top 11 opponents and lost 1 road game on a last-second play. Oklahoma? They played 2 top 11 teams and lost 1 of them on a neutral field by 10 points. Florida? Florida lost at home to a crummy team and only played 2 top 11 teams (1 of which turned out to be a fraud).

I could go on and on, but my bias has been exposed and I won't respond to reason.

Florida and Oklahoma are great teams, and I'm sure the game will be fun to watch, but the system was a train wreck this year.
