I got this from Craigslist for 40.00 . It did not come with a manual, and I couldn't find one on their website. Any suggestions?

Looks exactly like mine, which is a 15102B, 3cfm unit. What do you need to know about yours?

First thing to do is order some vacuum pump oil, you will need it. Those are good little pumps, I have one pretty similar to that.

I think I should start first by changing the oil, is there any other maintenance that should be done ?

If I'm not mistaken, the filter is in the handle. May want to change that aswell
