Rifle Pen Cases?

Does anyone know the maker or wholesaler of the rifle pen cases?

I make pens for charities (Eagle Scout Projects, churches, public school classes/clubs, etc). I'm thinking they could charge more money for that case over my regular cardboard cases.

Penn State Industries. IIRC, the cases are made in China.
