I do not know if that is the name of what I'm asking about... I have tried quite a few PR castings, and am getting better success, but all the ones I have done have sort of melted together at least a little bit... How are people getting these color variations that are completely different? I mean, these colors are not blended at ALL (in the below example, there is even a little yellow along the other colors)

What is this type of casting called, and is there a link/video anyone can recommend on it? I looked in the library and I did not see it, but perhaps I'm searching for the wrong thing?.. All of the videos I have seen are made by doing the same basic thing I am doing (take mold, let 2 colors sit till they are almost gel and pour together)

Thank you!

I don't think those blanks and ones with similar patterns are made by the "do-it-yourself" caster but rather factory made with much more elaborate and expensive equipment. I certainly could be incorrect.

This article may help: http://penmakersguild.com/articles/ribbonprocess.pdf Jay was the first that I remember seeing do this...long before any you-tube videos of the process.
Tim beat me to it. :)
Do a good turn daily!
