This is my first attempt to make this triangle shape pen made entirely in my lathe. Very happy with how it turned out. Cheers

Hello, thank for sharing its nice ans interesting. Did you first shaped it triangle and then finished it in the late?

Thanks! No, I turned the triangle in the lathe (out of center turning) and finished in concentric turning. All done in the lathe

Wow! It sounds like it's quite complicated. I hadn't realized how intricate the process could be. it's challenging

Yea, it took some thinking and building fixtures to do the off center turning cheers
