Sorry for the boring title line. Replacement tubes is a bit mundane.....

It's getting close to the time I usually begin birdhouse ornaments for the fall and winter season. Can anyone tell me the best source for replacement tubes? I'm looking for the longest 7 mm tubes available........

Best,

I am looking at the Penn State catolugue. They list the 7mm 10" tubes as 10 for $9.95. You may be able to get them cheaper from Woodturningz because they discount the price of PSI stuff.

Test the tubes before you buy a lot. NOT ALL 7mm tubes are the same ID.

Make sure your components won't stretch your tubes too much and crack your pens.

These are for ornaments, so I'm not too concerned.

Thanks everyone for the help. The IAP is a great source of info.:bananen_smilies104:
