I had a couple of casting projects that I wanted to do but I needed a pressure pot so I found an old beat up one on eBay for $50. Thought you guys might like to see what I did so here are some pictures.
First I used a wire wheel on a hand grinder to get everything down to bare metal, then I painted it using Rustoleum spray paint.
No matter what I did to the old gasket it would only seal to about 50 psi, so I am just greasing the rubber up before I pressurize it and that holds it at 60 psi overnight for now.
Have a great day! Stuart
As it arrived

Fresh Paint
