Refills

Sorry for a repeat question I'm sure, but I have a customer who wants blue rollerball refills. Does anyone have an opinion on whether Schmidt or Hauser or another is best, and who here sells blue refills? I checked Arizona Silhouette and Bear Tooth Woods and Craft Supplies. They didn't list blue available.
