I recently ordered some silicone bottle stopper bases and was almost blinded when they arrived and I opened the package... bright yellow!
I was expecting the clear silicone pieces like everyone else carries. I visited PSI's website and they have a section where you can leave comments or "Reviews" of their products.
I logged on and left a review about the bright yellow color and gave the review only one star. After submitting the review I refreshed the screen and nothing happened so I tried to review again only to get the message "Sorry, you have already reviewed this product. Only one review is allowed per customer.".
I'm wondering if only the "good 5 star" reviews are displayed since there was no other message like "it may take up to 48 hours for your review to appear".
Has anyone ever left negative reviews on their site?
