Rainbow shower tree

Does anyone have or know what the wood of a rainbow shower tree would look like? I googled it to see if it would have a picture of the wood itself but no luck. It's considered an ornamental tree native to tropical areas like Hawaii. I have a potential customer who visited there this summer and mentioned using it in a pen but i don't know how feasible it would be to obtain it. Thanks in advance.

I have a chunk of wood that was labeled "rainbow wood" that was purchased from Rockler. I wonder if it is the same. If it is and if I can find it I will give you a blank if you need it.

You might contact Kalia from here on IAP to see if he can shed any light on this for you since he live sin Hawaii and deals in wood from the islands. Just a thought...

I'll be glad to pay or trade for it. I don't know exactly what it looks like so i wouldn't be able to say for sure if it is what i'm looking for, but i sure do appreciate the help.

It is also called "pink Shower" I do have a blank of it if I can find it, I'll be out of town for the next 10-11 days but if you still need one let me know then. The one I have came from HI with some other things I ordered a long time ago, it was a single blank and I just never had a need to use it so I'll be glad to help you out if you need.
