Does a USPS flat rate box, size 6"x6"x7" (square), cost $4.60 or $8.95? It is under 1 pound. Thanks in advance.

Flat Rate is Flat Rate. $8.95 Put it in a different box if it is under 1# and the price is $4.60

4 something is for the flat-rate envelope, I'm quite sure...the box is the higher cost

I'm not familiar with a flat rate box that size. The #4 Priority box is that size and cost depends on weight. I use a lot of the #4 boxes as they hold more than an envelope and if weight is low, cost less than a flat rate box.
