Question on Coffee Bean Blanks

Help! Tonight I am trying to pour some coffee bean blanks and it is a big mess. The beans all float on top of the PR mix. They also throw off the hardener ratio and it does not want to set up. It looks like a pecan pie. I have added more hardener and keep trying to push the beans down, but they just float back up. What is the trick? Maybe I forgot the bean anchors!

When I cast them in the pressure pot, I just cut a chunk of plastic the size of my mold and rubbed a little oil on it to keep it from sticking. Then taped it tight to the mold and this held everything down tight.

I see others use weights, mesh, etc to hold them down.
