Question for you folks in the North Star State...

Not from the North Star State... From the South... So is Farve! There ain't no quit in him. They'll likely remove his dead body from the field in the final minutes of a close playoff game, and then he may 'arise" long enough to argue with the obvious "bad call" that made him dead!

To much drama for me. Pretty sad when you turn on ESPN and all they talk about is whether Favre is playing or not playing.

I'm not a Vikings fan, even though I had a cousin that played a season for them back in the '60's... much preferred the Cheeseheads, but I like to watch Favre work... he's quite a showman and good player. I watch the Vikings because he's playing.

As a Tennessean I have to root for the Oilers.. I mean the Titans, and as a former Houston resident I watch the Texans, but my all time favorites is the Colts watching Peyton play.

As a Vikings fan, I'm glad he's back. Let's face it, they're a better team with him. I could do without the drama, but I don't think it's a personal failing for a guy his age to need a little more time to decide each year. Lots of folks pulling on him, and for him.

I doubt he'll be as good as last year. They caught lightning in a bottle last year. Just came up a little short. This year will be tougher, the other teams know what's coming.

When football games are on TV, it's a GREAT time to turn.

IF anything worthwhile happens, they will replay it 4-5 times and show it at least a few times in halftime, then repeat a few times in the second half.

At the beginning of the fourth quarter, take a look at the score--may want to watch the last two minutes---every good turner needs a coffee break.

Yes, I live in Wisconsin, no I won't pay you to keep this to yourself---I don't "bleed green".

To put Favre in perspective one only need recall George Blanda who was still doing it at 50. Warren Spawn was still a top drawer pitcher at 40. And Jimmy Conners could still beat most of the younger guys at Tennis when he was 40ish. Some folks are blessed with a body that lets them perform "younger" than their years. Be happy for them. It is the idiots in the media that make such mountains out of mole hills. And, I suppose us idiots that let them.

I used to be a semi-Green Bay fan, during a long period of years when the Eagles were never contenders.
