PSI Saturn kits

Ok I looked at the PSI site and it doesnt appear that they are selling the kit. But another supplier is.


Has anybody bought and turned any of the new Saturn (aka Streamline) kits that PSI is now carrying. I recently bought some to turn for a show that I am doing and found out the the nib doesn't fit very well. Seems it is a little oversize and cracks the wood. My measurements are for the nib are .251 to .252 and inside of tube is .246 to .247. So was curious if there were anybody that experienced this. i have already contacted the seller to check on this.

I have done 2, one gold, one silver. I did them in Acrylic and did't have any problem, they went together fine. Kinda like the new center band, you can have a thicker pen. I am going to use the new center bushing to make some different center band out of wood & Acrylic left overs from other pens.
