Problems with PSI????

My future MIL told me she got me a Gift card from PSI and they said on Sunday I will get an email in 24 hours and still nothing. She did'nt even get an email since the order confirmation.. Anyone else having problems? Its not like them to be off the ball like this...
 
According to their print catalog, gift cards should have been ordered by the 18th for shipping. They are closed Christmas eve through Jan 3rd for Inventory and maintenance. I ordered today and found that one out! No worries though because it's not a rush for what I need.
 
Never had a problem with gift card purchases before, but I would call them on the 4th when they re-open with the confirmation number and make sure.
