One possible suggestion: Why publish the prizes for the full month of trivia? Do the first week, then if additional prizes materialize, they can be added whenever you want to use them.

Im just posting them here for the chairs to copy and paste or edit as they need. I could do it a week at a time in advance since I cant edit them. We do have extras and looks like a couple more came in today. My thought was Chuck could visit the list each day and then announce those prizes for the day with the daily trivia question of the day.
 
I wasnt sure how you did it in the last couple of years since I already had the list of my contests from the begining. I had not paid attention to how you went about it.

The Beginners is sponsored by JohnU and the intermediate by Rand B crafts. You may need to contact them for specific prizes other than the levels needed for sponsorship.
Both are level 2 sponsorship $125 for first $75 for second and $60.00 for third.

They have pm me what there prizes will be. I'm sorry I didn't think to post them. I'll try to do that tomorrow evening. I will say that most are gift certificates or sponsor product.
