Pressed butter

I made some butter and used the butter press that I recently made. First try at butter and not exactly sure how to use the press. Butter tastes great.

Looks like you used it correctly... we never had the fancy round butter press, ours was just a square box with a plunger to push the butter out of the mold.... Mom would turn the mold up with the plunger down, pack the mold with the fresh butter, cool it so it would be firm and then pressed it out of the mold. Looks like yours works the same way.

Butter does taste great. Making your own makes it taste even greater. Making your own press to make your homemade butter look beautiful - priceless.
