Did my first label cast yesterday, when I cut the blanks today, there where cracks in two of the four. It seems I added too much hardener (from reading other posts).

Is there a way to repair the cracks? I'm thinking about thin CA, is there a better way?

Thanks in advance for your advice.

Depending on how big the blanks are, you'll have to repair them as you go.

Go ahead and drill them. As you get close to the final size, or if it starts chipping out, take some thin CA and drip it on the blanks. Quickly grab some CLEAN shavings and powder them up in your hand. Sprinkle it into the crack, let it sit for a minute, then hit with accelerator. Keep doing this as you go, keep your fingers crossed as well.

That's how I'd go about it. Keep in mind though, if it cracked from too much hardener, it's probably going to chip a lot as you turn it.
