I went to HF today and bought a PC gun, on sale for $49.99. After that I called a local place to see if they sold powder or only did powder coating. I talked with the owner for a while and he said he would be glad to PC casings for me for about $0.50 each as long as I can always wait a few days for when they're doing that color, either clear or gloss black. They do those two colors every week so there would never be much of a wait. I'm taking about 20 casings to him tomorrow and he's doing 10 clear and 10 gloss black as a trial for free. I'll give him a pen. I think I'll be taking the PC gun back to HF. :D

They run clear and gloss black every week. If the trial turns out OK, I'll get probably 40 clear and 20 black done next week. That will last me quite a while. I can only stand to make so many of these.

You're fortunate. My local commerical PCer wanted $4 per part that I had powdercoated. That's why I bought one.
Do a good turn daily!
