The secretary needs to be posting regular (i.e. At least monthly) threads here. We are encouraging club members to utilize this resource, then we need to have an uptodate presence here.
We should have a posting prior to the monthly meeting, announcing the meeting, laying the agenda, and informing the cloud of the monthly demo and who will be presenting.
Afterwards we need to have another posting telling everyone about the meeting, what was shown, was was learned, attendance, and photos
The new president has done a wonderful job increasing membership and attendance, but John's term will be expiring shortly. Let's get some procedures in place and start maintaining them so that the club can continue to grow and provide meaningful learning opportunities for all who attend.
