If I figured things out correctly we will need 12 plaques and 49 certificates. I arrived at those numbers by awarding the first place winner of each Tier 1 and 2 contest. Certificates will go to the 2nd, 3rd and 4th place winners of all Tier 1 and Tier 2 contests. The only contest that has a 4th place is the Freestyle.

Certificates will go to 1st, 2nd and 3rd place winners of all Tier 3 contests.

No tier 4 contest winners will receive a plaque or certificate.

I will be happy to produce and mail the certificates as needed.

However, I will not chase addresses or recipients' proper name and spelling, this year.
This information is submitted by the participants, it will be someone else's job to get it to me to get the certificates made.

Thanks for your cooperation.

It should fall to the contest chairs to provide you with that information in a timely fashion.

The Russ Fairfield contest ended up with 4 prizes. Will 4th place get a certificate or are there only enough certificates for 2nd and 3rd?

Do we want to have contest sponsor names on the plaques?

For example:

The Intermediate Beautiful Pen Contest

or

The Intermediate Beautiful Pen Contest: Sponsored by R& B Crafts
