Folks,

Attached is a plan I put together for the pressure pot rack that I use. I did it pretty quick so if you find anything that needs clarification, please let me know. This is my first time to make a plan so some things I take for granted my not be clear to you. I will also submit it to Mudder to be included in the library once I know it is actually useable by most!

Let me know if you find it uesful.

Thanks Curtis! I was going to build the rack (based on previous pictures) this weekend. The plan you drafted will save me a lot of time, which leaves me more time for turning!!

Happy New Year

Jim

Thanks A lot Curtis!! I'm not sure i will get to it any time soon as I'm still a PR man:foot-in-mouth: and it's just to darn cold to cast right now maybe in 2 or 3 more months:eek:

I think even my Monkey Brain can follow that. Exellent job. I dont have the pot to put it in but I think I may build the rack anyway.

Thanks curtis for all the help my pot was plumbed up today (again thanks to your help) and was going to try to build the rack tomorrow. This will make it very easy....

I'm assuming if someone is using PR that loading that much in the pot at one time can over heat the PR?

Not something you need to worry about with Alum though, right?

I normally just do one mold at a time but have done two with no problems. That is with Alumilite though. Alumilite does get pretty hot too, though

One thing you may be missing here...there is only 2 shelves on my plan. That only allows 2 molds to be inserted. The top piece is an air deflector to keep the incoming air from blowing resin all over the inside of the pot!

Aaaaah. Never thought of an air deflector. Never thought about what the aid does as its entering the pot.
