I posted a photograph recently of a jig for cutting small triangles, https://www.penturners.org/threads/jig-for-cutting-small-triangles.183315/

I get a lot more uniformity compared to cutting on the table saw.

This is a Jetstream kit from Beaufort Ink....uses Parker style refills. Boxwood.

Looks like your triangle jig did the trick. With the triangles being end grain, how was the turning experience?

I modified the jig to cut side grain.....so no issues.
