Oomoo is pink and I can not say about tinting it but, you can tint dragon skin made by the same people. That is what I use.

I bought the stuff called Mold Max 30 from recommendations in a library article. Part A is white and Part B is deep red and with a 10:1 ratio you end up with pink.
