Pick Guard Material

I understand that guys are using the pick guard material for pen decorations but I do not know where to order the material.
Can someone help me out with this question?

Any good luthier supply house carries it, but it is usually in pieces sized for musical instruments, such as a guitar. I think Craft Supply is selling it in samples packs already cut down to the 'standard' 3/4" size most common in pen blanks.
 
There was a post here not long ago about CSUSA being out of the stuff and not knowing when or if they would have more.
