Can someone tell me how to reduce the size of the picture all the photos I take are too large to be entered in an album on the system I try to reduce them but some how they are still toolarge.

For $$$: Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, other photo editors
For free: Picasa (a Google program which is a really nice photo editor for free and pics can be exported to another folder and resized at that time) or MS Power Toys for Windows Image Resizer which will resize one or several pictures with one click to a size you choose.
Do a good turn daily!

MS Office happens to have a basic picture editor called MS Office Picture Manager. It certainly works for compression and resizing.
IF you happen to have Office.
 
Don gave some good advice. For quick individual resizing I use the Microsoft Powertoys Image Resizer.
Another free image resizer that I have heard good things about is the FastStone Image resizer.

Hi,

Image Resizer works very well for me. Whatever program you choose, always take your photo at the higher resolution your camera can take. Very little quality loss this way.
