October 31st! Wow, 39 yrs ago my bride and I exchanged vows at the JP's in Rock Island, Ill. What a ride. It hasn't all been peaches and cream but wouldn't want to go through it with anyone else.
So....Happy 39th Anniversary to me and my bride.
Oh, and Happy Halloween everyone.

Congratulations

Congratulations. My wife and I are coming up on 57 years, December 6. And as you said it has not been peaches and cream. In fact it is amzing at least one of is not dead.
But I can't cook and she won't take out the garbage, so we go on.

Good for you. I have a feeling that if you took a poll you'd find that men with good hobbies are more stable leading to longer marriages.

Have a happy one Vern!! After 39 years I am sure you deserve it. We have made 23 and surely hope to make it past you one day....

Congrats!!!

Many congrats to both of you Vern

Mmmm, I'm not so sure about that:redface: My missus often tells me that if I don't get out of my hobbit hole NOW, then she will divorce me!!!
I'm not brave enough to call her bluff:tongue:

Congrats!
This morning my wife said she's leaving me...

as soon as I finish the list of projects she's got planned for me.
Then she said 'the list is about 30 years long!'

Congratulations to both of you! My wife and I will be celebrating our 39th in about 8 months. As you well know, just like it takes two to make an argument, it also takes two to make a marriage, especially one that lasts through all the bumps in the road that life throws at us. Well done!!!

My wife and I just tipped the scale at 25 years about three weeks ago. So from someone that is experienced and impressed. Congratulations. A pat on the back to you and a hug for the pretty one from Reno.
