People so often are quick to complain about bad customer service, but this group tends to give alot of praise when praise is due. Not penturning related, but I came across some excellent customer service recently that I felt I had to share. Standard disclaimer....no affiliation, etc. etc.

I placed an order for pepper seeds with Pepper Joe's (http://pepperjoe.com/) that hadn't shown up in about a week and a half. Late Monday night, I sent an email asking if the order had shipped, and was surprised to get a response within the hour. They told me the order shipped the same day as the order was placed, apologized for it not showing up, and said they would have the replacement sent the following day. The replacement order showed up in today's mail. I told them I would ship the duplicate order back to them if it shows up -- we'll see if the postal service comes through and finds the first order.........

Thanks to Pepper Joe's for excellent customer service!

Hello, I am a pepper head. It has been less than 24 hours since my last endorphin rush.

I have been dealing with them for a number of years. Always top notch in my book!!

I emailed them and mentioned you had complimented them on their service and attitude. Praise is rare and needs to be passed around.

Just one way to enjoy a jalapeno!! Yuuuuummmmmmm

Last year, I only had jalapeno's, sweet banana, and Spanish spice peppers. My weekly harvests were much bigger than I expected (see attached - and was still picking on the 1st of November). We love our poppers - still experimenting with our favorite fillings. This year I will have more variety, from hot to REALLY hot, and a few sweets to add to the flavor mix.

Hey, I do habanero poppers the same as the ones in the pic I posted. No pictures of them though as they go faster than than the jalapenos!!!! We also like the giant mex for grilling to add to salads or sandwiches. Very little bite but a whole lot of flavor!!

Sweat on!!!
