Pepper Grinders

I want to try a pepper grinder and was wondering a couple things.

1)Which one do you like, shaftless or shafted models. From what research I've done, I like the shafted type.

2)Where do you prefer to buy the parts? PSI and CSUSA seem to sell the same brand at about the same price. But that is comparing photos only. Or do yo suggest somewhere else
