Do you make leather stuff too?
Just wallets. The journals are very time consuming because of: cutting, folding, preforating, drilling, sewing, gluing, cutting leather, waxing the leather, conditioning the leather, sewing the leather, adding adornments and trimming. Sheesh.

Very nice set, John!

Having done . . . "all that" making leather covers for family and personal Bibles, I understand. That is really a great looking set. I think your choice of pen material is just perfect. Is that antler or wood or what?

White tail deer shed antler. It had a little bark on the top and the bottom and a slight crack that gave it age. Really turned out nice and is a showpiece pen in my studio. Thank you for your observation and comment.

By the way Cathy, move over, we are selling our home in Texas and moving back to California. We are looking in the Lake Arrowhead area.
