Hi all I have a problem i hope someone can advise early in november last i ordered some kits and blanks from PSI they have not arrived I have tried to contact PSI but they flatly refuse to awnser my emails I phoned them from the uk in december apart from hanging up on me halfway through the conversation (i was polite all the time) i called back they promised to investigate and send a new order about $60.00 worth but i have not heard anything from them even through i have sent 9 emails concerning the matter has any one else been treated like this and what can i do

HI Paul,
Was the parcel sent via UPS (as stated on the PSI Web), if it was there should be a tracking number. I know this is a long shot but if you contact UPS with the date of shipping and see whether they can find you the tracking number, then it can be traced.[?]
I am still waiting on a pen from Canada in a swap i was in, this was posted in early Nov also.
Just hope our parcels are not one of the 2.5 million that have gone missing over the christmas period by our superb mail service:(.
 
Makes you guys feel any better, Steven JUST got a package (today) that we sent him Dec. 14.

Interesting trace, now that he HAS it. Left Chicago (o'hare airport) Dec 15, arrived Britain YESTERDAY - that was one heck of a long flight!!!

Point is, he GOT IT, maybe yours is not too far behind.
 
If you don't get it, contact your credit card company and start a charge back. Tell them the whole story, that will get their attention.

Myself, I have had nothing but good service from PSI.

:)Many Thanks to IAP and all members I have now recieved a reply from PSI and they are sending a replacement order they stated they had not recieved the previouse 8 emails (no mention of phone call) keep up the good work friends
