Penn State’s supplier for Bolt Action? Looking for Eagle and flag pen clips for bolt action pens.

I'm looking for the Eagle and flag pen clips that Penn state has on several of their bolt action pens.

I've contacted Penn and said that they don't have just those pen clips.

Does anyone know who Penn State gets their bolt action pens from so I can see if they will sell just the clips?

Or…

Does anyone know a manufacturer of similar patriotic clips for bolt action pens?
