Does anyone still make a penlight kit?

I made a few in the past. Then a few years ago, I discovered olight. Really nice looking every size and shape and the performance is hard to beat. Lifetime warranty to boot. I know I did not answer your question, sorry.

Berea seems to have discontinued their penlight kit, but Hut Products still shows some in stock.

Interesting kit design, but no instructions to be found or bushings that I can see distinctly for it. This website isn't very user friendly and is unclear unfortunately. Do you know what kit this is based off of?

How many kits are you looking for? I might have one of these OG pen light kits.

They have the bushings . Need to scroll down some from photo and it shows them. The instruction sheet does not come up but looks pretty simple to figure out.

Instructions are available in the IAP app. Bushing diameter = .530 same as Mach 3 Razor kit.

I still have 10 of the Chrome and 9 of the Gun Metal / Gold finish. I've attached the instruction sheet so you can see how the kit is constructed. If you need all 19 kits, I would be happy to sell them to you as well as the drill bit and bushings as I don't think I will ever get around to turning these... David
