Just want to relate that JR is an upright dude..I had a part break on my wiz (the plunger that holds the place on the 24 hole wheel)..I called on Mon and had a replacement on Fri...all hail the pen wiz inventor

I as well had a small problem with the lead screw nut, JR took care of the problem and a replacement part was received in the mail quickly. That is superior customer service
